Job Title: Principal Consultant – Tech and Web3 Recruitment

Job Description: As a Principal Consultant specialising in Tech and Web3 Recruitment at Guildhall, you will lead executive and senior-level talent acquisition for Web3, blockchain, and fintech clients across the UAE and GCC.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments for C-suite, VP, and senior engineering roles in Web3 and tech.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across the Web3 ecosystem.
• Develop sourcing strategies, conduct market mapping, and advise clients on talent trends.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to business development initiatives.

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of executive recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with 5+ years in Web3, tech, or fintech.
• Deep network within the Web3, blockchain, and crypto talent ecosystem in the GCC.
• Strong track record of placing senior and executive-level roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; fluent in English.
