Job Title: Power BI Developer

Job Description: As a Power BI Developer at NymCard, a fintech company enabling fintech and financial innovators to launch frictionless payment programmes with modern infrastructure, you will design, build, and optimize business intelligence dashboards and data models. You will be responsible for creating data-driven insights and visualizations that support the company’s mission in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment .

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize business intelligence dashboards and data models
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and visualizations
• Create data models to support business intelligence and analytics needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders on reporting requirements and data needs
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting
• Support business decision-making through data-driven insights
• Optimize BI solutions for performance and usability

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven experience in Power BI development and business intelligence
• Strong data modeling and dashboard design skills
• Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments such as banking, fintech, or large enterprises
• Excellent analytical and visualization capabilities
• Understanding of financial services data and reporting
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes is a plus
