Job Title: PMO Lead

Job Description: We are hiring a PMO Lead to oversee the project management office for our fintech and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the PMO function, establishing project governance, standards, and reporting frameworks.
• Manage the portfolio of fintech and digital banking projects, tracking milestones, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, compliance) to ensure project alignment.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards and status reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of project management experience, with 5+ years in a PMO leadership role in banking or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
• Experience with digital transformation and fintech initiatives in the banking sector.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred; fluent in English and Arabic.
