Job Title: Personal Banking Advisor

Job Description: As a Personal Banking Advisor specializing in Retail Lending at a UAE bank, you will be responsible for offering customers financial products and services across personal loans, mortgages, and retail lending — providing consistently excellent service to all customers, educating them about banking products, and meeting individual sales targets within a branch or digital banking environment.

Responsibilities:

• Offer customers financial products and services across personal loans, mortgages, and retail lending
• Provide consistently excellent service to all customers through professional, needs-based banking advisory
• Educate customers about banking products and services to meet their financial needs
• Identify and develop new customer relationships through DSA and direct banking sales channels
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets across retail lending and personal banking products
• Ensure all customer interactions comply with UAE banking regulations, KYC requirements, and sales compliance standards
• Maintain accurate customer records in the bank’s CRM and lending systems
• Refer complex customer needs to specialist products teams (investments, private banking, or Islamic banking)

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in DSA or direct banking sales channels preferred
• Good understanding of UAE banking products, retail lending, and sales processes
• 1–2 years of relevant banking experience in customer service or sales roles
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven approach with genuine interest in retail banking and lending careers
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for UAE retail banking client engagement
