Job Title: People Consulting Graduate Programme

Job Description: As a participant in the EY People Consulting Graduate Program in Dubai, you will join the Human Capital and People Consulting practice — applying fresh graduate drive and analytical skills to people strategy, organizational transformation, and workforce consulting advisory for financial services, government, and corporate clients across the UAE and MENA.

Responsibilities:

• Join EY’s Human Capital and People Consulting practice through a structured graduate development programme
• Apply fresh graduate drive to people strategy, organizational transformation, and workforce consulting
• Contribute to People Consulting engagements — HR transformation, talent strategy, and organizational design
• Support senior People Consultants on client engagements across financial services, government, and corporate sectors
• Conduct research, data analytics, and organizational analysis for People Consulting client mandates
• Complete EY People Consulting Graduate Program training, coaching, and professional development milestones
• Build a network of colleagues, mentors, and leaders across EY’s globally connected People Consulting practice
• Develop people consulting skills through real-world client engagement and EY’s structured coaching programmes

Qualifications Needed:

• University graduate with genuine interest in People Consulting, HR transformation, and organizational advisory
• Business, Psychology, HR Management, or related degree preferred for EY People Consulting Graduate Program
• Agile, growth-oriented mindset — innovative, curious, purpose-driven, and inclusive approach
• Strong analytical and written communication skills for consulting team and client engagement
