Job Title: Payments & Reconciliations Analyst

Job Description: As a Payments & Reconciliations Analyst, you will support client funding and the integrity of a global trading fintech’s payment infrastructure by processing deposits and withdrawals, reconciling payment providers and banks, investigating discrepancies, reporting performance, and coordinating with Finance, Compliance, Customer Support, and external PSPs.

Responsibilities:

• Process client deposits and withdrawals accurately within agreed service levels
• Investigate client funding queries and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams and payment providers
• Provide PSPs with transaction details and supporting evidence needed for investigations
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations across PSPs, banks, and internal systems
• Reconcile transactions, fees, settlements, rolling reserves, and statement balances
• Prepare regular and ad hoc payment-operations and reconciliation reports for management
• Escalate complex payment cases and work across Finance, Compliance, and Customer Support
• Identify improvements to payment processes, controls, service quality, and operational efficiency

Qualifications Needed:

• At least two years of experience in payments analysis, payment operations, or a similar financial-services role
• Experience in forex or CFD brokerage is strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience performing payment reconciliations and preparing operational reports
• Strong understanding of banking processes, PSP workflows, and payment-provider back-office systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong analytical ability, and willingness to work rotating nights, weekends, or public holidays when required
