Job Title: P2P Product Manager

Job Description: As a P2P Product Manager, you will manage the peer-to-peer trading product for a global crypto exchange, driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the P2P trading product roadmap, including strategy, design, and execution.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver a secure, compliant platform.
• Analyse user behaviour, market trends, and competitor offerings to optimise product performance.
• Drive growth through merchant acquisition, liquidity management, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of product management experience in P2P platforms, marketplaces, or fintech, with a focus on crypto.
• Deep understanding of P2P trading models, escrow mechanisms, and merchant ecosystems.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; strong proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
