Job Title: Operations Specialist (Data Analytics)

Job Description: As an Operations Specialist with a focus on Data Analytics at Binance, you will analyse operational data, identify inefficiencies, and provide insights to optimise platform performance and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyse, and interpret operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track operational performance.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to operations, product, and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to enhance data collection and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of operations or data analytics experience in fintech, crypto, or payments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI), and Python/R for analysis.
• Experience with large-scale data sets and operational metrics in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; fluent in English.
