Job Title: Operations Officer – SME Financing

Job Description: Support SME financing operations at BankByChoice, a Dubai-based fintech lender, including loan disbursal, documentation management, and end-to-end processing of SME business loan applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Support SME financing operations including loan disbursal, documentation review, and processing
  • Coordinate with credit, sales, and compliance teams on loan processing workflows
  • Manage the documentation lifecycle for SME loan applications from submission through to disbursement
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with SME clients on documentation requirements and loan progress updates
  • Maintain operational records and support audit and reporting requirements
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Qualifications Needed:

  • Experience in banking operations, SME lending, or fintech loan processing
  • Exposure to SME lending and fintech credit operations preferred
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation handling
  • Good understanding of UAE lending regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in banking or loan management systems
