Job Title: Operations Manager (Product)

Job Description: As an Operations Manager, you are expected to tackle the company’s toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity, designing systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth for 70+ million customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a point of view on specific fintech verticals and define a cohesive long-term strategy for company and product departments
• Act as the eyes and ears of the company, feeding information from the market back into company strategy and department roadmaps
• Track and analyse competitive position and product performance globally
• Help scope and launch new verticals for the company
• Define initial product proposition and go-to-market strategies for new expansion markets
• Solve the company’s toughest operational challenges with speed, precision, and creativity
• Design systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth

Qualifications Needed:

• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university; STEM or highly quantitative degree preferred
• Track record of outstanding achievement across different areas
• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking/PE/VC, or a fast-growing technology company in a product or strategy role
• Great problem-solving skills
• Focus on customer-centric designs and solutions
• Track record of building successful financial products using data, customer feedback, and machine learning (nice to have)
