Job Title: Operations Manager (Product)

Job Description: The Product Operations Manager will work on high-impact initiatives across the business, developing cohesive fintech vertical strategies, tracking competitive position, analysing product performance globally, and influencing company strategy and department roadmaps.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a point of view on specific fintech verticals and define a cohesive long-term strategy for the company and product departments
• Act as the eyes and ears of the company, feeding information from the market back into company strategy and department roadmaps
• Track and analyse competitive position and product performance globally
• Identify structural inefficiencies and design scalable processes that unlock operational efficiency across business lines
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to drive execution on high-impact initiatives
• Build business cases and data-driven recommendations for new investments, market moves, or operational changes
• Communicate findings and strategic recommendations clearly to senior leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven track record in strategy, operations, or product operations in a fast-paced fintech, technology, or financial services company
• Strong analytical skills with ability to develop structured frameworks and data-driven insights
• Excellent communication skills — able to present complex recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity
• Commercial mindset with deep understanding of fintech verticals, business models, and competitive dynamics
• Experience working cross-functionally across product, engineering, and commercial teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with ambiguity and pace
