Job Description: As an Open Banking Partner Support Engineer, you will support banks integrating with an open banking platform, ensuring successful technical delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Support banks integrating with the open banking platform.
• Provide technical guidance on APIs, OAuth, and data exchange.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolution.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and client teams.

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of partner support or solutions engineering experience in open banking or fintech.
• Strong understanding of Open Banking APIs, OAuth 2.0, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and scripting (Python, JavaScript).
• Excellent client-facing, problem-solving, and communication skills; fluent in English.
