Job Title: Network & Telecoms Junior Support Analyst

Job Description: As a Network and Telecoms Junior Support Analyst at a hyper-growth fintech operating in 25+ countries, you will provide technical support for network and telecoms infrastructure across a globally connected fintech platform — with the ability and willingness to travel globally to the firm’s other offices as part of a globally distributed technical support team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for network and telecoms infrastructure across a globally connected fintech platform
• Diagnose and resolve network and telecoms connectivity issues affecting fintech platform operations
• Support network infrastructure management, monitoring, and performance optimization
• Coordinate with global IT, Engineering, and Operations teams on network issue resolution
• Maintain accurate network and telecoms documentation for technical and operational review
• Support network and telecoms upgrades, maintenance, and new office deployment activities
• Build foundational network engineering and telecoms support skills through hands-on global exposure
• Travel globally to the firm’s other offices as part of the globally distributed technical support team

Qualifications Needed:

• Network and telecoms technical support experience or relevant IT qualification — junior level welcome
• Genuine interest in fintech technology infrastructure and global network operations
• Ability and willingness to travel globally to the firm’s other offices
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills for network and telecoms issues
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for global technical support team
• Relevant network certification (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent) preferred
