Job Title: Mortgage Advisors

Job Description: As a Mortgage Advisor at RAKBANK, you will provide expert mortgage advice and loan solutions to customers, guiding them through the home financing process and ensuring a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assess customer mortgage needs, provide tailored loan solutions, and guide them through the application process.
• Manage the end-to-end mortgage lifecycle, from initial inquiry to approval and disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and property developers.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank mortgage regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of mortgage advisory or retail lending experience in banking or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage products, regulations, and property market trends.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
