Job Title: Merchant Sales Executive (SME)

Job Description: The Merchant Sales Executive will own the full acquisition cycle for SME merchants in Saudi Arabia — from prospecting and outreach through onboarding and first transaction activation.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify SME merchant targets across Saudi Arabia — using digital outreach, field visits, partner channels, and referrals
• Conduct merchant discovery calls and meetings to understand business needs and present Tamara’s BNPL and payments value proposition
• Guide SME merchants through the full onboarding journey — account registration, KYC completion, integration setup, and first transaction activation
• Achieve monthly targets for new merchant acquisitions, transaction volumes, and GMV contribution
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and activity tracking in Tamara’s CRM systems
• Partner with the Merchant Success and Operations teams to ensure smooth merchant activation and initial performance
• Gather merchant feedback and market intelligence to inform Tamara’s SME go-to-market strategy
• Represent Tamara at SME-focused trade events, commerce platforms, and business communities in Saudi Arabia

Qualifications Needed:

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fintech, payments, e-commerce, or SME-focused financial services
• Proven track record in merchant acquisition, SME sales, or field sales in Saudi Arabia
• Understanding of BNPL, payment processing, and SME commerce needs
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English — Arabic is essential for SME merchant outreach in KSA
• Target-driven, energetic, and resilient commercial mindset
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
