Job Description: As a Merchant Onboarding Executive, you will onboard merchants onto a payment gateway, ensuring smooth and compliant activation.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard merchants onto the payment gateway.
• Manage KYC, documentation, and activation processes.
• Provide merchant support during onboarding and early usage.
• Maintain accurate records and support audits and regulatory reviews.

Qualifications Needed:

• 2+ years of merchant onboarding or operations experience in payments or fintech.
• Understanding of merchant onboarding, KYC, and gateway operations.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
