Job Title: Marketing Manager – B2B & SME Growth

Job Description: Seeking a Marketing Manager focused on B2B and SME Growth on a fully remote basis. The role plays a key role in driving customer growth, requiring UAE or GCC market experience and fintech, SaaS, or professional services background.

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in driving customer growth for BlinkEdge’s fintech platform across UAE and GCC B2B and SME markets
• Design and execute B2B and SME-focused marketing campaigns across digital, content, and outbound channels
• Develop and manage lead generation programmes targeting UAE and GCC SME businesses
• Build and optimize marketing funnels for B2B and SME customer acquisition, activation, and retention
• Partner with the Sales team to align marketing campaigns with B2B and SME revenue targets
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics including lead volume, conversion rates, and CAC
• Stay current on UAE and GCC SME market dynamics, fintech competitive landscape, and marketing trends
• Manage external marketing agencies, content creators, and digital media partners as required

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or professional services marketing — required
• UAE or GCC market experience — preferred and considered a strong advantage
• Proven track record driving B2B and SME customer growth through marketing programmes
• Strong digital marketing skills covering paid, content, email, and social channels
• Data-driven approach to marketing performance management and campaign optimization
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills for UAE and GCC market campaigns
