Job Title: Marketing Communications Manager – Investment Firm/SaaS

Job Description: As a Marketing Communications Manager – Investment Firm/SaaS, you will lead regional communications and public relations for an investment organization active in fintech, software, platforms, and deep technology, shaping its brand narrative, media presence, content, events, and stakeholder engagement across MENA and international markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional and global marketing-communications and PR strategy
• Own brand voice, messaging, narrative, and consistency across internal and external channels
• Advise leadership on communications, thought leadership, and reputation opportunities
• Build media and agency relationships across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and wider MENA
• Lead media outreach, press releases, journalist engagement, and crisis communications
• Develop campaigns and content across digital, social, traditional, website, newsletter, and event channels
• Plan conferences, sponsorships, portfolio showcases, and stakeholder-engagement initiatives
• Measure communications performance, manage budgets, and monitor market and competitor trends

Qualifications Needed:

• At least seven years of experience in marketing communications, PR, or corporate communications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline
• Established media and agency networks with a record of securing coverage
• Financial-services, investment, technology, venture, startup, or fast-growth experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is advantageous
• Strong storytelling, digital-channel, analytics, project, budget, and external-vendor management skills
