Job Title: Manager – RRA (Regulatory & Risk Advisory)

Job Description: As a Manager in Regulatory and Risk Advisory at KPMG, you will lead advisory engagements for financial services clients, advising on regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver regulatory and risk advisory engagements for banking, fintech, and financial services clients.
• Advise clients on regulatory developments, risk frameworks, and compliance program design.
• Manage project teams, conduct risk assessments, and prepare high-quality reports and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

Qualifications Needed:

• 7+ years of regulatory compliance or risk advisory experience in financial services.
• Deep knowledge of UAE and GCC financial regulations, including CBUAE, ADGM, and DIFC frameworks.
• Strong experience with regulatory remediation, AML/CFT, and governance reviews.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English.
