Job Title: Manager of Data Center Operations

Job Description: As a Manager of Data Center Operations at Bank Albilad, you will lead the data centre team, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of critical banking infrastructure and data centre facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day data centre operations, including power, cooling, networking, and server infrastructure.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and security of data centre systems.
• Oversee capacity planning, maintenance scheduling, and vendor management.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams to support business continuity and growth.

Qualifications Needed:

• 7+ years of data centre operations management experience in banking, fintech, or technology.
• Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure, networking, and disaster recovery planning.
• Experience with data centre monitoring tools, SLAs, and regulatory compliance (SAMA).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
