Job Title: Manager, Banking Audit

Job Description: As a Manager in Banking Audit within Deloitte’s Audit and Assurance practice in the UAE, you will lead banking sector audit engagements — applying deep banking industry expertise to deliver high-quality assurance for UAE-based and international financial institution clients. This FY27 role represents a significant career opportunity at one of the world’s leading professional services firms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead banking sector audit engagements — delivering high-quality assurance for financial institution clients
• Manage audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting across banking operations, compliance, and financial reporting areas
• Apply deep banking industry expertise to complex audit engagements covering credit risk, treasury, and compliance
• Supervise and mentor audit team members — developing the next generation of banking audit professionals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through expert banking audit delivery
• Produce high-quality audit reports with clear findings and actionable management recommendations
• Coordinate with banking operations, risk, and compliance leadership on audit findings and remediation
• Contribute to business development activities for the banking audit practice in the UAE

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Manager-level audit experience with strong banking sector client portfolio
• Deep understanding of banking financial reporting, credit risk, treasury, and compliance audit requirements
• Strong audit management, team leadership, and client relationship management skills
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification required
• Excellent written and verbal communication for banking audit report production and client advisory
• UAE banking audit experience strongly preferred
