Job Title: KYC Quality Control Analyst

Job Description: We are hiring a KYC Quality Control Analyst to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of customer due diligence (CDD) and KYC processes within our financial crime and compliance team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality reviews of KYC files and customer documentation to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
• Identify gaps, errors, and inconsistencies in KYC workflows and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide feedback and training to KYC operations teams to improve quality and efficiency.
• Maintain quality metrics, prepare audit reports, and support regulatory inspections.

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of KYC, due diligence, or quality control experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, CDD requirements, and sanctions screening.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proficiency in KYC case management systems.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
