Job Title: KYC Operations Manager

Job Description: As a KYC Operations Manager (UAE Nationals Only), you will lead business-as-usual and refresh activities within a global bank’s KYC operation, manage service quality and productivity, oversee migration into the global operating model, and ensure the team delivers regulatory and strategic priorities within a robust control environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead KYC operations in line with internal policies, standards, and the established control environment
• Manage business-as-usual and periodic-refresh workflows across the assigned KYC portfolio
• Oversee the migration and integration of KYC activity into the bank’s global operating model
• Set and monitor team objectives for quality, productivity, timeliness, and service-level performance
• Ensure operational delivery supports strategic priorities and regulatory commitments
• Identify process or control issues and drive appropriate escalation and remediation
• Coordinate with business, compliance, risk, technology, and regional operations stakeholders
• Develop team capability and maintain accountability for consistent client-service and control outcomes

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE National eligibility as specified for the vacancy
• Five to eight years of relevant professional experience
• Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of KYC operations, AML requirements, and controlled banking processes
• Leadership capability covering quality, productivity, service levels, and team development
• Ability to identify, assess, escalate, and remediate operational and compliance risks
