Job Title: Junior Delivery Analyst / PMO

Job Description: As a Junior Delivery Analyst and PMO in Accenture’s Emiratization and UAE Talent Development programme, you will work with Delivery Management to track the delivery operations and progress — supporting the tasks and activities related to programme governance, delivery controls, and operations reporting for technology and digital finance clients across the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Delivery Management to track delivery operations and progress across technology programme portfolios
• Support the tasks and activities related to programme governance, delivery controls, and operations reporting
• Maintain programme tracking dashboards, delivery metrics, and status reporting for technology client engagements
• Coordinate with Technology, Business, and Operations teams on programme delivery milestone tracking
• Produce structured programme status reports and governance documentation for client and leadership review
• Support resource planning, risk tracking, and dependency management across technology programme portfolios
• Complete Accenture UAE Talent Development and Emiratization programme training and professional development milestones
• Build foundational delivery management and PMO skills through structured Accenture programme mentoring

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE National (Emirati) — required for Accenture’s Emiratization and UAE Talent Development programme
• Recently graduated or early-career professional with genuine interest in technology delivery management and PMO
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills for programme tracking and reporting
• Genuine ambition to build a technology delivery management career through a structured UAE talent programme
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools for delivery tracking and governance
• Arabic and English communication skills essential for UAE National banking and technology team engagement
