Job Title: Junior Credit Officer – AI Credit Models

Job Description: As a Junior Credit Officer at a French multinational financial services firm specializing in asset and wealth management, corporate and investment banking, insurance, and payments, you will provide credit analysis with a specific advantage for experience in credit model development, data automation, or application of AI tools in credit risk processes — supporting the Corporate and Investment Banking credit function in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Provide credit analysis supporting the Corporate and Investment Banking credit function in Dubai
• Apply experience in credit model development, data automation, or AI tools in credit risk processes — advantageous
• Conduct financial statement analysis, credit assessment, and risk evaluation for CIB client mandates
• Prepare credit analysis reports and recommendations for senior credit officers and investment banking teams
• Support credit approval processes for structured finance, leveraged finance, and corporate lending mandates
• Conduct sector research and credit intelligence for covered CIB client industries and geographies
• Maintain credit records and documentation for regulatory and audit review
• Stay current on credit model innovation and AI application in credit risk assessment

Qualifications Needed:

• Early-career credit analyst or finance professional with interest in corporate and investment banking credit
• Experience in credit model development, data automation, or application of AI tools in credit risk — advantageous
• Strong financial analysis, credit assessment, and modelling skills
• Genuine interest in CIB credit advisory and investment banking credit risk management
• CFA or equivalent qualification preferred or in progress
• French language skills advantageous given the firm’s French multinational background
