Job Title: IT Operations Engineer

Job Description: As an IT Operations Engineer at Wio Bank, you will ensure the stability, availability, and performance of core banking systems, managing infrastructure, monitoring, and incident response for a digital-first bank.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain banking systems, servers, and network infrastructure to ensure 24/7 availability.
• Respond to system alerts, troubleshoot incidents, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Manage system patching, upgrades, and capacity planning to support business growth.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to implement operational best practices.

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of IT operations or systems engineering experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong proficiency in Linux, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Knowledge of banking systems, databases, and ITIL frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; fluent in English.
