Job Title: Investment Operations Specialist

Job Description: As an Investment Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our investment management activities. You will work closely with portfolio managers, traders, and custodians to ensure accurate and timely processing of investment transactions and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and reconcile investment transactions, including trades, settlements, and corporate actions.
• Monitor trade settlements and resolve any discrepancies or issues with custodians.
• Maintain accurate investment records and databases, and generate reports as needed.
• Assist with performance measurement and attribution analysis.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support investment operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in investment operations or related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of investment products and securities markets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
