Job Title: Investment Banking Consultant

Job Description: As an Investment Banking Consultant at a financial advisory company in Dubai, you will apply experience dealing with investors in the banking or real estate sector — connecting investment opportunities with HNW individuals and institutional investors across UAE, UK, Australia, and USA markets through a Dubai-based investment banking advisory platform.

Responsibilities:

• Connect investment opportunities with HNW individuals and institutional investors across UAE, UK, Australia, and USA
• Apply experience dealing with investors in banking or real estate — minimum 3–5 years — to investment banking advisory
• Present investment banking solutions, fund opportunities, and financing products to HNW and institutional clients
• Build and manage a portfolio of international investor relationships across the firm’s global client network
• Conduct investment analysis, deal structuring, and transaction advisory for client investment mandates
• Ensure all investment advisory activities comply with UAE financial services regulations and suitability standards
• Develop new investor relationships through senior networking across UAE and international markets
• Monitor UAE and global investment banking developments and client investment portfolio performance

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience dealing with investors in banking or real estate sector — minimum 3–5 years in UAE/UK/Australia/USA — required
• Proven investment banking consultant or advisory experience with international investor client portfolio
• Deep understanding of investment products, deal structuring, and UAE investment advisory regulatory requirements
• Excellent client-facing communication and investment banking advisory skills
• CFA or equivalent investment qualification preferred
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE investor client engagement
