Job Title: Investment & B2B Operations Specialist

Job Description: The Investment & B2B Operations Specialist will support Bybit’s institutional business out of Abu Dhabi, handling investment product operations, institutional client onboarding, B2B service delivery, and cross-functional coordination with Risk, Compliance, and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support the operational management of Bybit’s institutional investment products and B2B client relationships from the Abu Dhabi entity
• Coordinate institutional client onboarding processes including KYC documentation, account setup, and activation workflows
• Manage day-to-day B2B operational tasks including settlement coordination, reporting, reconciliation, and client service requests
• Liaise with internal teams including Compliance, Risk, Product, and Technology to ensure smooth operational delivery for institutional clients
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation for institutional accounts and B2B partnerships
• Monitor and resolve operational issues affecting institutional client accounts in a timely and professional manner
• Support preparation of operational reports and performance metrics for management and regulatory reporting
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance institutional operational efficiency

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in operations, institutional client services, or B2B relationship management within crypto, fintech, or financial services
• Understanding of cryptocurrency products including spot trading, derivatives, staking, and institutional investment vehicles
• Strong operational mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
• Knowledge of institutional KYC/AML requirements and client onboarding processes in regulated environments
• Excellent communication skills; Arabic and English fluency preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced, high-growth crypto environment
