Job Title: Internal Auditor – Fintech / Payment Solutions

Job Description:Execute business process assurance and advisory projects for the Corporate Segment at a Dubai-based fintech and payment solutions company. Placed through ManpowerGroup Middle East.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and report on internal audit and assurance projects for the Corporate Segment
• Create and execute comprehensive audit scopes and work plans, monitoring schedules to meet critical milestones
• Identify, log, and manage potential issues and risks specific to fintech and payment solution implementations
• Manage and coordinate third-party vendors involved in audit or assurance engagements
• Take responsibility for all documentation and tracking of audit deliverables
• Prepare detailed status reports for management, clients, and project personnel
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the audit lifecycle

Qualifications Needed:

• Background in internal audit, business process assurance, or advisory within fintech or payment solutions
• Strong knowledge of risk and control frameworks applicable to financial services and fintech
• Experience in project planning, scoping, and managing complex multi-stakeholder engagements
• Professional audit qualification (CIA, CISA, CA, or equivalent) preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
