Job Title: Head of Treasury, Fintech/Digital Banking

Job Description: As Head of Treasury for a fintech and digital banking entity, you will lead all treasury operations, including liquidity management, cash forecasting, funding, and financial risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity management, and bank reconciliations.
• Develop and execute funding strategies, manage banking relationships, and optimise capital structure.
• Manage foreign exchange, interest rate, and other financial risks through hedging and derivatives.
• Prepare treasury reports, forecasts, and board-level presentations.

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years of treasury experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role within fintech, banking, or digital finance.
• Deep expertise in cash management, liquidity risk, funding strategies, and financial instruments.
• Strong knowledge of local and international banking regulations and treasury best practices.
• Professional treasury certification (CTP, ACT) preferred; fluent in English.
