Job Title: Head of Treasury

Job Description: As Head of Treasury for a regulated crypto exchange in the UAE, you will lead all treasury operations, including liquidity management, client asset safeguarding, and regulatory compliance, with direct accountability to regulators.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity management, and digital asset flows.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements for client asset safeguarding, segregation, and reporting.
• Develop and execute treasury strategies to optimise capital structure and manage financial risks.
• Lead the treasury team and collaborate with finance, compliance, and trading functions.

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years of treasury experience in fintech, crypto exchanges, or financial services, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in digital asset treasury, liquidity management, and crypto regulatory frameworks (VARA, ADGM).
• Strong knowledge of client asset safeguarding, segregation, and regulatory reporting.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
