Job Title: Head of Talent Acquisition (Asia/Europe)

Job Description: As Head of Talent Acquisition for Asia and Europe at a fintech company, you will lead the strategic recruitment function, sourcing and hiring top talent across multiple geographies to support rapid business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for the Asia and European markets.
• Build and manage a high-performing recruitment team, setting KPIs and driving performance.
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver exceptional candidates.
• Enhance employer branding and improve candidate experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role covering Asia/Europe.
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier talent in fintech, tech, or financial services.
• Deep understanding of regional employment laws, recruitment platforms, and assessment tools.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
