Job Title: Head of Risk Strategy — 0→1 risk architecture

Job Description: As the Head of Risk Strategy, you will build the risk architecture from the ground up (0→1), designing comprehensive risk frameworks for a stablecoin-powered payment platform operating in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Build and implement the risk architecture for a stablecoin-powered B2B payment platform, including market, credit, operational, and liquidity risk.
• Develop and execute risk strategies that align with the platform’s business model and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE crypto regulations, stablecoin frameworks, and AML/CFT requirements.
• Lead the risk team, setting standards and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications Needed:

• 12+ years of risk management experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services, with 8+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in stablecoin operations, crypto risk frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record of building risk architectures from the ground up.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
