We are seeking a visionary Head of Product to define, lead, and execute the product strategy for our suite of fintech solutions. This role requires a balance of innovation, business acumen, and technical expertise to deliver customer-centric products that drive market success.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver impactful solutions.

• Conduct market research and customer feedback sessions.

• Prioritize features and enhancements to maximize value.

• Lead product launches, go-to-market strategies, and lifecycle management.

• Monitor KPIs and iterate based on user adoption and performance.

• Mentor product managers and build a high-performing product team.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 8+ years in product management, ideally in fintech.

• Strong understanding of UX, agile methodologies, and fintech innovation.

• Proven leadership in scaling product portfolios.

• Excellent strategic thinking and stakeholder management.
