Job Title: Head of Product

Job Description: As Head of Product at a leading fintech company in Bahrain, you will develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company’s mission, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, new products, revenue lines, and retention. You will lead the product team to innovate and enhance digital lending solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and regulatory standards while driving market expansion across the GCC.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company’s mission, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, new products, revenue lines, and retention
• Drive initiatives to enhance the company’s market position in Bahrain and develop entry strategies for new markets
• Lead the product team to innovate and enhance digital lending solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and regulatory standards
• Expand partnerships and alliances that enhance distribution channels, bolster market penetration, and open new revenue streams
• Own P&L responsibilities, ensuring revenue and profitability goals are met across all business units
• Manage and optimize department budgets to drive cost-effective growth while delivering maximum impact
• Establish and track KPIs for each department, focusing on growth, cost-efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction
• Identify and assess new market opportunities and conduct feasibility studies for expanding the digital lending footprint in the GCC region

Qualifications Needed:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in a leadership role in fintech, digital lending, or a related sector
• Proven success in P&L management, business expansion, and market share growth
• Strong background in product management, marketing strategy, and team leadership
• Familiarity with consumer lending regulations and financial compliance
• Deep understanding of the fintech landscape in Bahrain and the GCC region
• Excellent strategic thinking and execution capabilities
