Job Description: As Head of Institutional Onboarding, you will onboard funds and corporates onto a digital asset venue, ensuring smooth and compliant onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Lead institutional onboarding for funds and corporates.
• Manage KYC, documentation, and compliance checks.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships during onboarding.
• Lead the onboarding team and improve processes.

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years of institutional onboarding or client service experience in crypto or financial services.
• Deep understanding of KYC, institutional onboarding, and digital asset venue operations.
• Proven track record of leading onboarding teams.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
