Job Description: As Head of Payment Implementation, you will deliver technical onboarding for enterprise merchants, ensuring successful integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical onboarding and implementation for enterprise merchants.
• Define implementation methodology, standards, and best practices.
• Manage client relationships and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Lead and mentor a team of implementation consultants.

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years of implementation or solutions consulting experience in payments or fintech.
• Deep understanding of payment APIs, gateways, and integration patterns.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise payment implementations.
• Exceptional leadership, client-facing, and communication skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
