Job Description:  As Head of Licensing and Regulatory Authorisations at a globally operating digital finance company, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end licensing and regulatory authorisation strategy across multiple jurisdictions — requiring 10+ years of experience in regulatory licensing and authorisations, regulatory affairs, compliance, or related fields in financial services, payments, or fintech. You will own the organization’s global licensing portfolio and drive authorisation processes with financial regulators worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end licensing and regulatory authorisation strategy across multiple jurisdictions globally
  • Apply 10+ years of experience in regulatory licensing, authorisations, regulatory affairs, or compliance across financial services, payments, or fintech

  • Engage directly with financial regulators globally — including VARA, CBUAE, DFSA, and international regulatory bodies
  • Develop and execute global licensing roadmap aligned with the organization’s product and market expansion strategy
  • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Commercial teams on licensing requirements for new products and markets
  • Monitor global regulatory developments and assess implications for the organization’s licensing portfolio
  • Build and lead a high-performing global licensing and regulatory authorisations team

Qualifications Needed:

  • 10+ years of experience in regulatory licensing and authorisations, regulatory affairs, compliance, or related fields in financial services, payments, or fintech — required
  • Deep expertise in multi-jurisdictional licensing and regulatory authorisation processes for fintech and digital asset companies
  • Established relationships with VARA, CBUAE, and other global financial regulatory bodies preferred
  • Proven track record building and managing global licensing portfolios for internationally operating fintech or digital asset companies
  • Excellent leadership, regulatory strategy, and executive communication skills

What the Company Offers:
