Job Title: Head of Institutional Sales

Job Description: The Head of Institutional Sales will build and own OSL’s institutional client base in MENA — offering custody, OTC trading, lending, and staking services to sophisticated institutional counterparties.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and own OSL’s institutional business development for the MENA region
  • Build and manage a pipeline of institutional clients including family offices, hedge funds, asset managers, crypto funds, and banks
  • Present OSL’s institutional product suite including regulated custody, OTC spot and derivatives trading, financing/lending, and staking
  • Negotiate complex institutional service agreements and commercial terms
  • Work with Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams to ensure smooth institutional client onboarding and service delivery
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key institutional clients and prospects across the GCC and wider MENA
  • Stay current on the institutional digital asset landscape in MENA — identifying new market opportunities and client segments
  • Represent OSL at regional and global fintech, crypto, and institutional investment events

Qualifications Needed:

  • 7+ years of institutional sales or business development experience in digital assets, fintech, prime brokerage, or financial services
  • Proven track record selling institutional financial products to sophisticated institutional counterparties
  • Deep understanding of institutional digital asset products including custody, OTC trading, and lending
  • Existing network of institutional relationships in the GCC or broader MENA region is a significant advantage
  • Understanding of VARA regulatory framework for digital asset services in Dubai preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and senior stakeholder management skills
