Job Title: Head of Growth

Job Description: As Head of Growth for the UAE at a global financial super app serving over 75 million customers, you will provide strategic leadership as a member of the local management team, overseeing campaigns across the product suite to showcase customer value and drive expansion through market launches, acquisition acceleration, and engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a whole-of-business perspective and proactive approach to lead growth initiatives
• Build and lead the local Growth team as the company expands its range of products and scales the business
• Drive and monitor growth performance across the UAE market
• Help the Growth team negotiate key partnerships and vendor contracts locally and regionally
• Collaborate with Product Owners to improve internal growth methods, tools, and results
• Work closely with Operations teams to conceive, fund, and execute campaigns achieving meaningful customer value and revenue growth
• Ensure alignment with other markets for regional and global growth initiatives

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years of experience in B2C marketing using Through The Line channels to drive customer acquisition
• Experience building and leading teams, with a willingness to invest in team members’ development
• Experience in leadership forums with business-wide impact
• Advanced analytical skills and a track record of taking data-informed decisions
• In-depth knowledge of consumer marketing and growth drivers
• Solid relationship-building skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen
• Excellent organisational skills and fluency in English; a background in finance or fintech is a plus
