Job Title: Head of Finance

Job Description: The company is seeking a Head of Finance in Dubai to lead all financial operations, financial planning, and strategic finance functions for a growing fintech SaaS business with an international client base.

Responsibilities:*

• Lead all financial operations including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Oversee financial accounting, month-end close, and statutory reporting for the UAE entity and international operations
• Drive financial strategy and provide strategic financial analysis to support leadership decision-making
• Manage external audit relationships and ensure compliance with IFRS and UAE regulatory requirements
• Build and manage the finance team as Finkraft scales its SaaS business
• Support fundraising activities including investor reporting, due diligence, and financial modelling
• Oversee UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance and regulatory financial submissions
• Partner with Product, Commercial, and Engineering teams on financial performance tracking and business model analysis

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant finance leadership experience with prior Head of Finance or Finance Director experience in a fintech or SaaS company
• Strong IFRS knowledge and experience managing all aspects of financial operations
• Track record managing statutory audit and regulatory financial compliance
• Experience in a fintech, SaaS, or high-growth technology startup environment strongly preferred
• Strong financial modelling and strategic finance skills
• ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification
