Job Title: Head of Digital Banking – Retail & Corporate, Transformation Mandate

Job Description: As Head of Digital Banking for Retail and Corporate at a UAE bank, you will lead the digital banking transformation mandate — applying senior digital banking leadership to retail and corporate digital channel strategy, product development, and fintech partnership integration for a professionally managed UAE banking institution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the digital banking transformation mandate for retail and corporate channels at a UAE bank
• Define and execute digital banking strategy — mobile, internet, API banking, and open banking channels
• Oversee digital banking product development — onboarding, payments, lending, and investment digital products
• Drive fintech partnership integration — open banking APIs, embedded finance, and digital platform partnerships
• Coordinate with Technology, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams on digital banking strategy delivery
• Produce Head of Digital Banking-level strategic reports and Board presentations for leadership review
• Build and develop the digital banking team with accountability and innovation culture
• Monitor UAE and global digital banking regulatory and technology developments for strategic leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Head of Digital Banking experience with retail and corporate digital transformation mandate
• Strong digital banking strategy, mobile and internet banking product development, and fintech partnership skills
• Deep understanding of UAE digital banking regulatory requirements and CBUAE open banking standards
• Excellent team leadership, Board-level digital banking strategy communication, and senior stakeholder management
• ACA, ACCA, MBA, or equivalent qualification preferred for Head of Digital Banking mandate
• GCC banking digital transformation and Head of Digital Banking experience strongly preferred
