Job Title: Head of Cybersecurity

Job Description: As Head of Cybersecurity for a fintech portfolio, you will design and build a greenfield cybersecurity function, leading security strategy, AI/agent security, and risk management across multiple fintech entities.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy for fintech portfolio entities, including security architecture and governance.
• Lead the development of security controls for AI/agent security, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise applications.
• Build and manage a cybersecurity team, setting standards and driving a culture of security awareness.
• Collaborate with business leaders, compliance, and engineering teams to embed security into operations.

Qualifications Needed:

• 12+ years of cybersecurity leadership experience in fintech, financial services, or technology.
• Deep expertise in security architecture, AI/agent security, cloud security, and incident response.
• Proven track record of building greenfield cybersecurity functions and managing enterprise security programs.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
