Job Title: Head of Controls Oversight Programme

Job Description: As Head of the Controls Oversight Programme at SABB Bank, you will lead the design and execution of a comprehensive controls oversight framework, ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls across banking operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a controls oversight programme covering all business and operational units.
• Conduct periodic control assessments, testing, and monitoring to identify gaps and weaknesses.
• Coordinate with internal audit, risk, and compliance teams to align controls with regulatory and board expectations.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management and governance committees.

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years of internal controls, risk management, or audit experience in banking or financial services.
• Deep knowledge of control frameworks (COSO, Basel), risk management, and SAMA regulations.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide controls programmes in large financial institutions.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
