Job Title: Head of Compliance / Compliance Officer & MLRO

Job Description: As a Head of Compliance / Compliance Officer & MLRO, you will lead the compliance function for the SCA-regulated entity, owning the MLRO mandate and ensuring full adherence to UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary MLRO, managing all AML/CFT obligations, SAR filings, and regulatory correspondence with SCA.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls for the SCA-regulated entity.
• Conduct ongoing KYC/CDD reviews, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring for all clients and counterparties.
• Lead regulatory inspections, audits, and examinations, and provide compliance advisory to internal teams.

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of compliance experience in financial services, with 5+ years in a leadership role within CFD, FX, or online trading.
• Deep knowledge of SCA regulations, AML/CFT frameworks, and UAE financial crime compliance.
• Professional certifications (CAMS, CGSS) are strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English.
