Job Description

We are seeking a Head of Compliance to lead regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance across fintech operations. This role ensures adherence to global financial regulations while enabling business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compliance strategies and frameworks.

  • Oversee internal audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting.

  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams.

  • Monitor changes in regulations and ensure organizational adherence.

  • Train teams on compliance policies and best practices.

  • Report compliance status and recommendations to executive leadership.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Law, Finance, or related field.

  • 8+ years experience in compliance or regulatory leadership, preferably in fintech.

  • Strong knowledge of global financial regulations, AML, KYC, and GDPR.

  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Proven track record of implementing effective compliance programs.
