Job Title: Head of Compliance

Job Description: As a Head of Compliance, you will lead and build the compliance framework for a newly opened Dubai office of an institutional FX/crypto exchange, ensuring adherence to all local and international regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the compliance function for the Dubai office, establishing policies, procedures, and controls.
• Ensure compliance with VARA, DFSA, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Manage regulatory relationships, filings, and examinations with UAE authorities.
• Advise leadership on regulatory developments and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years of compliance experience in trading, crypto, or financial services, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of VARA, DFSA, and UAE financial services regulations.
• Proven track record of building compliance frameworks for regulated entities.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills; fluent in English.
