Job Title: Head of BNPL Product

Job Description: As Head of BNPL Product, you will own consumer credit product strategy for a SAMA-licensed BNPL provider, driving product innovation, growth, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Own the consumer credit product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for the BNPL provider.
• Collaborate with engineering, risk, and compliance teams to deliver compliant products.
• Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor offerings to prioritise features.
• Lead product performance monitoring and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years of product management experience in BNPL, consumer credit, or fintech.
• Deep knowledge of SAMA regulations and consumer lending frameworks in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling BNPL products.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
