Job Title: Head of AML/CTF

Job Description: As Head of AML/CTF, you will lead AML/CTF for a SAMA- and ADGM-licensed SME payments fintech, owning the financial crime framework across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

• Own the AML/CTF framework across SAMA and ADGM licensed entities.
• Manage suspicious activity reporting, investigations, and regulatory relationships.
• Lead the AML/CTF team and provide training across the business.
• Monitor regulatory developments and adapt frameworks accordingly.

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years of AML/CTF compliance experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of SAMA and ADGM AML regulations.
• Professional certifications (CAMS, CGSS) required.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
